Question: When will my Lucky Leash arrive?
We usually ship Lucky Leash orders two to three days per week. The exact day depends on our rescue schedule and varies each week. Once we've packaged your shipment, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information. The leashes are sent through the US Post Office and we've found that the tracking information for a small percentage of packages is not always updated. Generally, these packages are still in transit and will be delivered within 2-5 business days within the US.
International shipments usually take longer to arrive because the packages must clear customs before continuing to the destination.
If you have additional questions, please reply to the shipping notification email or the original email you received after placing your order. To research the status of your shipment, please provide us with your order number, name and email address.
Please don't forget to send us a picture of your dogs with their new Lucky Leash! We love receiving pictures of pets from around the world with their Lucky Leash.
Question: Can you promote our company product on your social media pages?
As a non-profit animal rescue organization, Hope For Paws has a strict policy about not promoting third party goods and services. We strive to actively engage our community and our content focuses on our rescue animals. At this time, we don't promote other goods or services to our supporters.
As a member of our community, you can be assured that Hope For Paws will never sell your personal information to another organization.
Question: Does Hope For Paws profit from YouTube revenue sharing or adds?
At this time, the Hope For Paws channel is not eligible for revenue sharing or adds because a portion of our animal rescue videos use copyrighted music. Based on the existing policy at YouTube, Hope For Paws does not receive any income from ads or revenue sharing on our rescue videos.
Question: Do you have a monthly newsletter?
Please click here to sign up for our monthly newsletter.
We promise to never sell your personal information to another organization and you can opt-out at anytime. We generally send updates on our rescues every 3-5 weeks. We hope that you find our newsletter to be an inspiring and uplifting part of your day.
Question: Is there a Hope For Paws in my state or country?
Hope For Paws is a small organization located in Los Angeles, California. We do not have branches anywhere else. There are other organizations using our name but we are not affiliated with them in any way.
Question: How can students help prevent animal abuse in our society?
Hope For Paws encourages students and the next generation to continue our work. Please get involved with your local shelter by volunteering or fostering animals waiting to find their long term home. Most cities and towns have an adoption center where you can volunteer and even take animals for walks in your neighborhood.
If you're active on social media, this can be a great way to inform your community about animals that need to be adopted. If you're interested in helping Hope For Paws, sharing our rescue videos on social media is the best way that you can help raise awareness of our organization.
